If you encounter any quality-related problems, please provide clear photos of the items on a flat, well-lit surface. This allows us to address the issue swiftly and accurately.

Return and Refund Conditions

We offer replacements or refunds for products with significant problems upon arrival, such as damage, defects, or discrepancies from the description.

Return Timeframe

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to start a return. Our customer support team is here to help guide you through the process.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Once the return is completed, the refund should appear within 5 business days.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Once the order is processed, it cannot be canceled.
  • After delivery, you have a 30-day window to request a return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Goods

For any damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Please inform us immediately if there are any issues with your order.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Free Returns: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping is free, and we’ll cover the costs.
  • In other cases, such as sizing issues or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees, which are non-refundable.

Returning Goods Policy

Returns for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse are generally not accepted. In special cases, we may allow returns with a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Note: Custom-printed items, including those with personalized names or details, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please double-check sizes and customization details before purchasing.

Products Returned After the Cancellation Period

Return requests made after 30 days from the delivery date are not eligible for a refund or return.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, exchanges are possible with a 20% restocking fee, and the customer covers the return shipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Orders

In rare cases of delayed or lost packages, compensation is only available if Express Shipping was used. A refund will be issued for lost packages once the courier’s claim process is complete.
